Return Form

  According to the legislation in force, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The return period starts from the day the order is delivered. 
  Products that do not meet your requirements will be sent back to Alesi NB SRL, CIF RO 18086730, Reg. Com. J40/18240/2005 from Bucharest, Sos. Iancului, no. 60 together with the RETURN FORM downloaded from the website.
 
  We will not accept parcels with cash on delivery and we do not accept sending them via Romanian Post
  The products will be shipped in their original form, without being damaged, used (labels intact) or with caused defects, otherwise the products will be returned to the customer.
  The courier costs regarding the return will be borne by the customer.
