NIFTY BEADS WARRANTY  

I. Warranty certificate   With this guarantee certificate issued by Alesi NB SRL, CUI RO18086730, J40/18240/31.10.2005, it is certified that Nifty Beads products - rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, brooches, hair accessories - meet the parameters and requirements of quality in accordance with the legal norms in force.
   The warranty period is between 30 and 90 calendar days from the date of purchase, depending on the type of jewelry or accessory purchased. This guarantee certificate attests to the fact that the jewel does not change its properties in case of proper use.
   Consumer rights are in accordance with O.G. no. 21/1992 republished and law 449/2003. The consumer's rights are not affected by the warranty conditions provided in this Warranty Certificate. With this guarantee certificate, we assure you that Nifty Beads jewelry is marked by the National Authority for Consumer Protection - Directorate for Precious Metals and Precious Stones, where applicable.
For jewels inlaid with precious or semi-precious stones, in the event of their detachment or fall, the manufacturer or, as the case may be, the seller will replace them, within a legal term, only in situations where this is not attributable to the buyer. The guarantee does not include damage caused to the jewel due to non-compliance with the indications mentioned in the certificate, accidents, negligence, its improper use or other factors not related to material or workmanship defects. Repairs for products under warranty will be carried out free of charge or the jewelry will be replaced under the conditions of OG no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a workmanship or manufacturing defect was the cause of such damage. In the case of product replacement, the delivery of the same model is not guaranteed, but of a similar product with an equivalent value.
   The shipping costs for products sent under warranty (round trip) will be borne by Nifty Beads. Their shipment in order to settle the guarantee will be made through the same courier.
   Repair services are available through the Nifty Beads store, Sos. Iancului, No. 60, Sector 2.
   The warranty will be settled within a maximum of 15 days. During this period of time we can be contacted by phone at the number 0770.893.798 or at the email address office@niftybeads.ro.
   The warranty request conditions for the jewelry sold by Nifty Beads are in accordance with O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008 as amended and supplemented
II.  Limitations and exclusions of warranty and compliance
ü  the seller can refuse to repair or replace the defective product according to the consumer's option if this is impossible or disproportionate compared to alternative solutions that are available taking into account the value of the product without defect or the importance of the lack of conformity and if an alternative repair could be carried out without inconvenience significant for the consumer;
ü the consumer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor;
ü  normal wear and tear of the products due to wear;
ü loss of original color as a result of the use of chemical products or prolonged exposure to the sun;
ü the guarantee is not granted if the instructions for use, maintenance, handling, transport and storage have not been followed;
ü we are not responsible for possible incompatibilities between the products delivered by Nifty Beads and the products of other companies;
ü no warranty is given for defects due to exposure to improper environmental conditions, namely excessive humidity, liquids, dust, non-compliant temperatures, etc.;

  For the most correct maintenance of Nifty Beads jewelry, we recommend:
o to wear jewels that have stones or pearls with care, because their mount does not withstand mechanical shocks;
o not to wear the jewelry during domestic / rough / physical activities or those in which there is a possibility that they come into contact with substances containing sulfur;
o to maintain the shine of the jewelry, it is recommended to remove it before showering or doing household chores;
o avoid contact with chemical substances, as there is a possibility that they erode the metal, damage the textile elements (where applicable);
o in the case of jewelry made of glass beads, they can be damaged by contact with chemicals or prolonged exposure to the sun;
o semi-precious stones can also undergo changes in appearance upon prolonged exposure to the sun, i.e. changes in its color;
o after each wear, wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a box so that it does not come into contact with other jewelry;
o the jewel is used after you have put on make-up, styled and perfumed, so that it is not affected by the use of cosmetic products;
o precious metals can change color depending on the customers skin;
o the copper or copper-plated elements, in a relatively short time, change their color, acquiring an old, antiqued appearance, naturally. This transformation of metal in contact with air is one of its properties.
