Return policy

According to the legislation in force, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The return period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Products that do not meet your requirements will be sent back to Alesi NB SRL, CIF RO 18086730, Reg. Com. J40/18240/2005 from Bucharest, Sos. Iancului, no. 60 together with the RETURN FORM downloaded from the website.

  No parcels will be accepted with cash on delivery and they will not be sent by Romanian Post.
  The products will be shipped in their original form, without being damaged, used (labels intact) or with caused defects, otherwise the products will be returned to the customer.

  The company reimburses all the amounts it received as payment from the consumer, including, as the case may be, delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

  The company will refund the amounts using the same payment methods as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another payment method and with the condition that the consumer will not be charged with the payment of commissions refunds.
