The products are delivered under the following conditions:

-  they can be picked up directly from the store in Sos. Iancului, no. 60, sector 2, Bucharest, during working hours, from Tuesday to Friday, between 12 - 20;
-  by fast courier company within 24/48 hours from the phone confirmation of the order. 

  Mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity/content of some parcels are made at the time of delivery on AWB or a statement of findings is drawn up, the receipt and payment of the parcel is refused. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are null and void. In case of additional transport costs, they will be communicated to the customer before the products are shipped.
